Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp water
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3 cups oats
1 1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  1. Cream butter, sugars, egg, water and vanilla together on medium speed of electric mixer.

  2. Combine flour, soda and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture, beating on low speed until blended. Stir in oats and raisins.

  3. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
