Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup (140g) raisin
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 cups Quaker oats
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsps baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs (132g), beaten

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  1. 1.Combine eggs, vanilla, and raisins in a small bowl and cover.

  2. 2. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  3. 3. In a large bowl, cream the margarine, splenda brown sugar and splenda white sugar.

  4. 4. Sift together the flour, cinnamon, and baking soda, and stir into the creamed mixture.

  5. 5. Then, stir the raisinā??s mixture, rolled oats, and nuts.

  6. 6. Drop the cookies dough by a scooper onto an unprepared cookie sheet.

  7. 7. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.

  8. 8. Cool the cookies on a rack.
