Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1/2 lb. butter
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c Splenda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 c oats
1 c raisins

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 350F

  2. Beat butter, brown sugar, and granularted sugar until fluffy.

  3. Add eggs and vanilla.

  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking sode, cinnamon, and salt and mix well.

  5. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture.

  6. Stir in oats and raisins.

  7. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet -OR- Spread in an ungreased 13" x 9" metal baking pan for cookie bars.

  8. Bake 10-12 minutes for cookies -OR- Bake 30-35 minutes for cookie bars.

  9. Cool before serving.
