Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal raisin cookies

1 cup Oat Bran
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1/4 cup Calorie Free Sweetener
1 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Plain Nonfat
1/3 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal raisin cookies

  1. In a bowl, mix the oats and the sweetener;

  2. Add the egg and yogurt, keep mixing with a spoon;

  3. Add the raisins, mix until smooth and homogeneous.

  4. Spread and cut in plastic film (it's enough for 8 cookies);

  5. Bake your cookies on a greased pan for 20-25 min, temp 375F (190C).

  6. Let them cool before putting on a jar. Keep it closed, so that the cookies won't go hard or wither.
