Delicious, healthy, low calorie cookie bars

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Bars

3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 raisins
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Bars

Cream butter and sugar in large bowl. Add honey, egg, and water. In seperate bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking soda. Mix in oats. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Fold in raisins and almonds. Press into greased 11x7 baking pan. Bake 15-18 minutes, until golden. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
