Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Raisin chocolate chip "Cakees"

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 eggs
3 oz butter
4 oz raisin
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
4 oz chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Raisin chocolate chip "Cakees"

  1. Melt butter combine with sugar, eggs, oatmeal, nutmeg, cinnamon

  2. Sift together flour, salt, powder, soda and add butter mixture and mix for 2 minutes.

  3. Add chocolate and raisins and mix again.

  4. Drop heaping tablespoonsful on parchment paper and bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. cool on wire rack.

  5. Makes 20-24
