add hot water to oats and soda mixature. Good cookies, little sugar or fat.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal raisi cookies w/stevia

1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1.5 tsp In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/2 cup Organics Applesauce Unsweetened
1 serving Pure Vanilla Extract
8 oz Raisins

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal raisi cookies w/stevia

  1. Mix soda and oats, add hot water and mix.

  2. Add applesauce, vanilla and oats, mix well

  3. Add flour and raisins and mix well.

  4. Place on cookie sheet, they do not flatten so puch down if you want them flat.

  5. Bake 13 to 15 minutes at 325 degeres F on greased cookie sheet.
