Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Puffs

3 c old fashioned oats
1 1/2 c pineapple in juice
3 eggs
9 egg whites
1 1/2 scoops whey protein
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 oz raisins
6 tbsp splenda
9 tbsp ground flax seed

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Puffs

  1. mix all ingredients together.

  2. let sit 15 minutes to soften oats.

  3. preheat nonstick pan over med. high heat.

  4. pour into pan using 1/4 c measure.

  5. cook about 3 minutes per side, until firm and golden, turning once.
