Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal with protein, walnuts and prunes

1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
3 prunes Bite Size Pitted Prunes
0.75 scoops Muscle Milk Light Powder
15 grams Chopped Walnuts
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 oz Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal with protein, walnuts and prunes

  1. combine oatmeal and water in 2 cup microwavable measure cup, add salt, stir.

  2. microwave 5 minutes on 50% power. Remove from microwave and stir. Chop prunes into quarters.

  3. Pour oatmeal in serving dish. Add chopped prunes, cinnamon, Protein powder powder, walnuts and stir.

  4. Pour milk on top.

  5. Serve.
