creamy de'lish oatmeal divided into containers for the week. Just pop in the microwave for 1 minute and you have YOUR OWN instant oatmeal.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal w/protein powder for the week

4 cups water
2 cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 scoop protein powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 teaspoons vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal w/protein powder for the week

  1. mix all ingredients in sauce pan and cook for 5 minutes.

  2. divide by the 1 cupful into 4 containers and you have YOUR OWN instant oatmeal.

  3. microwave for 1 minute.

  5. 1 tablespoon raisins (during cooking if you like)

  6. 1 tablespoon dried cranberries (during cooking)

  7. 1 tablespoon slivered almonds (on top of hot oatmeal)
