Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Protein Pie

80 g instant oatmeal, cinnamon flavor (2 packets)
6 egg whites
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Protein Pie

  1. This works well with Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal, but you can use any kind you like.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 and coat a pie pan with nonstick spray. Mix oats, whites and water, and pour into pie pan. Bake for about 18 minutes. Serves 2. Excellent served with eggs and fruit.
