2 tbsp Psyllium Husks
0.5 cup AllWhites
0.1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

combine all dry ingredients, add 2-3 tablespoon of water. add in eggwhite and whisk until combined. cook in medium high heat, flipping once.
