Oatmeal and whey make a great breakfast!

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Protein Pancakes

1 cup instant oatmeal
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sugar
3 tablespoons splenda
1 egg
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 tsp salt
3 scoops plain whey (can use flavored whey but will add cals and carbs)

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Protein Pancakes

  1. mix dry ingredients

  2. mix liquid ingredients in a separate bowl. whisk in the egg. whisk in the whey until mostly dissolved.

  3. fry in small amount of butter.

  4. use 1/3 cup (apx) of batter per cake.
