Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Protein Pancakes (with blueberries)

1/2 cup Rolled Oats
0.5 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat
0.5 cup Egg, White
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 cup, unthawed Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Protein Pancakes (with blueberries)

Mix all ingredients (except fruit) in a blender and blend until smooth. Fold in fruit and cook in a non-stick pan. Makes about 3 pancakes
