Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Protein Muffins

0.5 cup AllWhites
1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 serving ghiradelli dark chocolate chips
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 serving Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Protein Muffins

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients into a bowl (it wont blend very well). Grease muffin pan and put batter evenly into holes. Should make four regular size muffins or eight mini ones. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy!
