Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pineapple Muffins

1/2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup rolled oats, quick cooking
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup milk, sour
1 cup pineapple tidbits

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pineapple Muffins

  1. Mix together margarine, sugar, egg and rolled oats

  2. Mix together the flours and baking powder in seperate bowl

  3. Mix baking soda and milk together

  4. Add half the dry ingredients to the sugar mixture

  5. Then add the milk mixture

  6. Add the second half of the dry ingredients

  7. Stir until just moist

  8. Add pineapple and stir until just mixed

  9. Bake at 375 F approximately 20 min
