3/4 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup milled flax seed
4 oz cooked oatmeal
6 oz Gluten Free Pancake Mix
3/4 cup 2% milk
2 eggs
3 oz canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup Chopped Pecans
3/4 cup fresh blueberries

Recipe Directions for oatmeal pecan pancakes

combine all the ingredients, drop batter in spoonsful on a pre-heated, non-stick griddle. add blueberries while cooking. Flip to cook both sides to golden brown. add 2 oz of maple syrup and serve.
