Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal PB Smoothie

1/3 cup quick oats
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1/2 tbs peanut butter
1/3 scoop whey protein
1 tsp ground flax seed
1 tsp raw honey

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal PB Smoothie

  1. Cook oats in 1 cup water as per package instructions.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

  3. Chill cooked oatmeal or add 3-4 ice cubes then blend if served cold.
