Eggier than normal pancakes but guilt-free.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancakes

1/2 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
1 large Egg, Whole
0.33 cup AllWhites

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancakes

Combine ingredients and let sit few minutes until oats absorb some of the egg (overnight works, too). Divide mix into two pancakes in pan, if egg runs, use spatula to flip egg back over raw side of pancake. Pancakes are done when egg is no longer runny (about 2/3 of each side is golden brown).
