Oatmeal pancakes at 65 cals each (8 pancakes). Quite high in cals though.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancakes

3/4 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. Mix oats, buttermilk, and egg together, and set aside.

  2. Heat griddle over low heat until thoroughly hot.

  3. Now mix the dry ingredients together and add to the buttermilk/oat mixture.

  4. Use Pam or similar spray and cook pancakes slowly (otherwise the oats won't cook through).

  5. Makes 7 to 8 pancakes (usinga 1/4 measuring cup) depending on the humidity and consistency of the buttermilk.
