Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancakes

0.75 cup Oat Flour
1 cup Rogers All Purpose Flour
6 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tbsp Butter
1.25 cup Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
1 serving Multigrain Oatmeal
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2 medium Egg, Whole
1/4 cup Chopped Pecans

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancakes

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another. Gently fold wet ingredients into dry, just until combined. Fold in pecans. Heat griddle medium-high, grease, and use 1/4 c. measure for batter. Cook on one side until bubbles form around edges, flip and cook bottom until golden brown, about 5 minutes total. Put pancakes in 200 degree oven to keep warm until all pancakes are done. These freeze well.
