Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancakes

1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
0.25 cup Oat Bran
1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
0.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour
4 tbsp Fat-Free Half and half
0.75 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 packet Sweetener

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. Soak oats and oat bran in Fat Free Creamer.

  2. When all liquid is absorbed, add oat bran, flour egg and additional creamer if needed to loosen. Add baking powder and Truvia/Purevia. mix well, let stand for about 5 minutes,

  3. Heat griddle brushed with oil, makes about 4 pancakes
