Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancakes

1 cup milk
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cup rolled oats
4 eggs
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. Combine milk, water, honey, oil, and oats. Add beaten eggs

  2. Combine whole wheat flour with salt and baking powder. Add to the liquid mixture and whisk until smooth

  3. Cook pancakes on hot griddle and flip after bubbles form, but before they pop
