Low Fat Eggless Oatmeal Pancakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancakes

1 cup oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup fat free sour cream
3/4 cup water
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. Mix together dry ingredients and set aside.

  2. Mix together sour cream, water, oil and vanilla.

  3. Blend to mixes together.

  4. Fry in non-stick skillet.

  5. Add cinnamon or nutmeg for added flavor.
