Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancakes

1/3 cup oatmeal
2 tablespoons Fiber One
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 teaspoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
1 cup skim milk
1 large banana
2/3 cup sugar free syrup

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancakes

Blend oatmeal and Fiber One until a flour-like state. Pour into a bowl. Add in brown sugar, salt, baking powder, and flour. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites and add milk. Combine liquids with dry ingredients. Let settle about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, slice banana. Spray a pan with Pam or another non-stick cooking spray and place on stove burner on medium heat. Drop in batter using a 1/4 cup. Flip your cakes when the middle of each bubbles (starts looking slightly golden-brown). Take from pan and top with some banana slices and syrup.
