Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancakes

1 3/4 cups 1% milk
1 1/2 cups quick oats
2 large eggs
1/8 cup canola oil
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. Stir oats into milk and let stand 5 minutes.

  2. Add eggs and oil and mix well. Combine dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients, mix well.

  3. Spray griddle with oil and heat on medium-low heat. Ladle 1/2 cup batter onto griddle, and cook until pancakes are browned.
