Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cups quaker oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 egg
2 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. In large bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder, salt.

  2. In medium bowl, combine milk, buttermilk, egg, honey.

  3. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

  4. Using 1/4 cup measure, fry pancake with cooking spray in a medium skillet.
