Delicious, Lindsay Tested, Diet Approved. Of course Butter and syrup make a difference in the calories. Makes 5 - 6" pancakes. 1/2 cup of batter per pancake.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancakes

1 1/2 cup (234 g) Rolled Oats
1 1/4 cup (244 g) 2% Milk
1 tbsp (14 g) Canola Oil
1 large Egg (50 g) 1
1 dash (.4 g) Salt
1/2 cup (120 g) Whole Grain Flour
1 serving (.6 g) tsp Baking Poiwder

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  2. Stir until moistened.

  3. Bake on a hot, lightly oiled griddle.
