Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancakes

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1 tblsp canola oil
1 tsp vanilla
108 g dates
42 g raisins

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. Mix dry, wet, combine

  2. Add by 3 tblsp to hot greased griddle. Flatten with spoon, cook till golden
