Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancakes

1 1/4 c. almond milk
1 c. oats
2 tsp. oil
1/2 c. white whole wheat flour
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. Mix together oats and almond milk and let stand 10-15 minutes

  2. Add to this 2 egg replacers and oil, mix well

  3. Add in the rest of ingredients and stir well

  4. Cook in a hot skillet using 1/4 c. to measure out each pancake
