Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal pancakes

2 egg whites
1 cup soy milk
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup plain flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 tbs sugar
1/2 tbs canola oil
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 dash of cinnamon
1 dash of nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal pancakes

  1. Beat the egg and then add the buttermilk and soda.

  2. Stir in flour, sugar, oil, baking powder and salt. Stir until blended. Try to get any lumps out but don't overdo it on the stirring.

  3. Heat a griddle or frying pan with a little oil or butter. You want medium heat and for the oil/butter to be hot but not burned
