Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancakes

2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1/2 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
2 egg whites
4 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 packets Splenda No Calorie

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. -combine water and oats. allow oats to soak up most of the water.

  2. -in another bowl, whisk the egg and almond milk

  3. -add the mixture to the first bowl, along with the flour and splenda

  4. -add cinnamon and vanilla extract to taste

  5. -pour mixture into non-stick pan in 1/4-cup increments. wait until the edges turn dark and then flip.

  6. -makes nine pancakes. best served with honey and fruit (my favorite is banana)
