Oatmeal Pancakes with Protein Powder

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancakes with protein powder

1 scoop Whey Protein
1.25 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1.25 cup Fat-Free Milk with Omega-3s and Vitamin E
1 large Egg, Whole
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancakes with protein powder

  1. Mix oats and milk, let sit 5 minutes

  2. Add egg and oil mix

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix

  4. drop by 1/4 cup onto hot non stick skillet

  5. flatten and shape

  6. flip cook other side

  7. Optional: Great if topped with 1 apple mixed with 1/2 cup Motts no sugar added apple sauce, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 splenda which has been cooked in microwave for 3 minutes, This had not been added into pancake calories and nutrition count
