Delicious and wholesome pancakes for breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancakes, Plain. @kerf.com

0.33 cup Egg, White
0.33 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancakes, Plain. @kerf.com

  1. Mix Oats and baking powder with vainilla in the blender.

  2. Add egg whites gradually while blending to make a homogenous mix.

  3. Pour unto a nonstick skillet and wait till bubbles form then turn and wait about the same time to remove them from the skillet.

  4. Serve as two small pancakes with or without fruit in the middle or as a medium fluffy pancake to top with your favorite fruit or anything you want.

  5. Enjoy!
