High Protein, Low fat Easy Pancakes

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancakes High Protein, Low Fat

4 cups oatmeal, dry
1 1/2 cups egg white
2 tbsp cinnamon
4 tbsp splenda
2 tbsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancakes High Protein, Low Fat

Mix together ingredients, Fry in pam sprayed pan. I add a little water and cover with a lid as though I were baisting an egg. I find it doesn't dry out the pancakes this way. I also will top with fruit instead of syrup.
