Great quick cook recipe prior to exercising, and surprisingly tasty.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancake

1/2 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
0.25 cup Light 1% Cottage Cheese
2 large Egg, White
0.2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 serving Kraft Crunchy Peanut Butter (1 Tbsp)
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancake

  1. Mix oats, cheese, eggs and cinnamon and fry on medium heat.

  2. Spread peanut butter and banana. Honey is also great on top.
