Recipe Ingredients for oatmeal pancake

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup fat-free cottage cheese
4 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 small banana

Recipe Directions for oatmeal pancake

  1. process all ingredients but banana in blender

  2. chop or mash banana and add to batter

  3. spray a skillet wth cooking spray

  4. add batter and cook over med heat intill both sides are light brown
