1/2 cup quick oats
3 egg whites
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancake

Mix oatmeal, egg whites, and cinnamon together. Cook over medium heat in lightly sprayed pan. When pancake starts to brown and can be turned without falling apart, turn over to brown other side. Top with sugar free maple syrup, honey, or fruit.
