Recipe Ingredients for oatmeal pancake

2 cups oats
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 dash salt
1 tablespoon canola oil

Recipe Directions for oatmeal pancake

  1. Soak oats in milk and yogurt overnight.

  2. Mix in eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and canola oil.

  3. Proceed to make pancakes on griddle
