Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancake

1/2 cup steel cut oats
1/4 cup ricotta
1/2 cup egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancake

Blend together until smooth. Cook on a hot griddle, turning once. Serve with jam or syrup as needed.
