Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Pancake Mix

2 cups quick oats
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Pancake Mix

  1. Grind oats in blender.

  2. Add baking powder and salt.

  3. Store in airtight container.

  4. When using, mix 1/3 cup of pancake mix with 1/4 to 1/3 water (or other liquids, like soy milk, or rice milk). Adjust thickness to your own liking.

  5. Pour batter onto heated pan and cook like normal pancakes. No need to grease pan.
