Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal mush honey/cinnamon

3/10 cups oatmeal
1 tbls walnuts
2 tbls raisins
1/2 medium banana
1/2 cups All Bran
1 tsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup nonfat milk

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal mush honey/cinnamon

  1. combine oatmeal, raisins and walnuts

  2. microwave for 3 minutes at .5 power

  3. add honey and cinnamon, mix

  4. top with banana and All Bran

  5. add milk
