Yummy and pretty healthy breakfast muffins.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Muffins

1 1/2 cups unbleached white flour
2 cups oatmeal
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Organic Plain Yogurt
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 egg
1 cup raisins
22 grams craisins
2 tblsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Muffins

Mix dry ingredients, add raisins and craisins and 1 Tsp cinammon if desired. Mix wet ingredients, add to dry and mix gently until just blended. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
