Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal muffins

1 cup Blueberries
0.75 cup Old Fashioned Oats
12 tsp SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend
1.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
4 oz Yogurt Plain Nonfat
0.25 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
2 tbsp Canola Oil
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal muffins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a bowl stir together flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. In second bowl, combine yogurt, milk, oil, and egg. Divide the batter among 8 paper-lined cupcake tins and bake on middle rack of oven for 25 minutes.
