Healthy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Muffins

2 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
24 tsp Organic Sucanat
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Flaxseed
1/8 cup Wheat Germ
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
0.75 cup Sauce Apple Unsweetened
2 large Egg, White
1 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Mix Oatmeal and Mike together and let sit for 15 minutes.

  2. In the meantime mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another bowl.

  3. Mix all three bowls together.

  4. Fill lines muffin tins and bake at 425 for 15 minutes.

  5. Unused batter can be kept in the fridge for six weeks.
