Hillbilly housewife oatmeal muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal muffins

1 serving milk
1 cup quaker oats
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 egg, large
5 1/3 servings oil
60 g brown sugar
2 2/5 g baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal muffins

  1. let oats soak in spoiled milk (1 tsp vinegar to spoil-sit 15 minutes). Add egg, sugar, oil. Beat with wire wisk. Add flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder. Mix until all dry particles are moistened. 20-30 strokes.

  2. Bake 400 for 20 minutes. Makes one dozen.
