Delicious whole grain muffins that will please everyone!

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal muffins

1 cup oat flour
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup yogurt
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix cereal and yogurt. Let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile cream sugar, butter and egg.

  3. Mix together dry ingredients and add in the yogurt/cereal mixture. Stir only until mixed. Spoon generously into prepared muffin tins. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.

  4. Makes 12 muffins
