Delicious muffins that will fill you up and have no flour and no sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Muffins

2 1/4 cups quick oats
1/4 cup almonds
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup 1% milk
2/3 cup honey
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup rasins
1/8 cup flax
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Mix nuts, raisins, cinnamon, quick oats, baking powder together.

  2. Mix the balance of the ingredients in to the dry mix.

  3. Distribute between 6 jumbo muffin cups.

  4. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
