3 c Dry Regular Oatmeal
5 3/4 c Calcium Fortified Skim Lactaid Milk
100 g Sliced Natural Almonds (1c)

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal with more almonds

  1. mix milk and oatmeal in pot

  2. cook on medium until creamy

  3. Toast almonds and mix in or mix in from the start

  4. Dole out ~1c ech (8 servings)

  5. Sweeten as desired with non-sugar or add sugar but don't forget to add the calories!
