Oatmeal Molasses Bread adapted for sourdough starter

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Molasses Sourdough Bread

1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons instant potato flakes
1 cup warm water
1 1/2 cups water
2/3 cup nonfat powdered milk
1/2 cup molasses
2 tablespoon margarine, melted
1 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
5 cups flour

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Molasses Sourdough Bread

  1. Prepare first three ingredients as sourdough starter

  2. Combine sourdough starter with remaining ingredients

  3. Put in 2 loaf pans and allow to rise in refrigerator overnight.

  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
